Overview: ACCESSVIP.com.au provides Users with the ability to make reservations at participating bars, clubs and restaurants through its stand-alone System. Once a booking has been confirmed, ACCESSVIP will issue you with an instant E-mail & receipt to confirm the purchase. By using ACCESSVIP, the User agrees to receive confirmation communications through ACCESSVIP related to the purchase.
Payment: ACCESSVIP does not charge you a fee. You simply pay the venue for your product or service through the ACCESSVIP platform.
Receipt: You will receive a receipt once your purchase has been confirmed and accepted by ACCESSVIP. Please ensure to use this receipt in all communications with ACCESSVIP or the venue.
Changes: To make changes to the date, time or number of accomplices, please contact the venue directly at-least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled time of arrival. Changes will be subject to the venues availability.
Cancellations: There is a no cancellation policy.
No Shows: Failure to attend the venue at the time specified will result in you being identified as a “no-show.”. You will not receive any refund.
Personal Information: To use our platform you are required to provide certain information, including your name, telephone number & email address. You must ensure that all the information that you provide to us is true and accurate. Any personal information supplied by you to us will be used by us in accordance with these conditions and, where applicable, the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy: You will receive emails & / or other communications related to the fulfilment of your purchase and we may use your personal information for that purpose. In addition, you may receive periodic emails from ACCESSVIP as part of your purchase to use the ACCESSVIP platform. If you would rather not receive email communications from ACCESSVIP, please Unsubscribe at the time of communication. The User acknowledges and agrees, however, that you will still receive communications specifically relating to the purchase which you cannot unsubscribe from.
Liability Limitations: ACCESSVIP shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of ACCESSVIP services, including, but not limited to loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise. ACCESSVIP is not an agent or nor is connected with any affiliated business in which a User has made a purchase, aside from the services provided through ACCESSVIP. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law we exclude all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on any content available from the Service. You bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any content accessed on our Service.
Age Restrictions
By purchasing products and or services that include a perk, product or service involving alcohol or entry to a venue requiring an age of eighteen (18) years or above, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to purchase and redeem such perks, products and or services. If you are not of legal age and purchase such perks, products and or services you will not be reimbursed for the cost when refused entry or products containing the use of alcohol. A venue may offer something as a legal alternative for good will at their discretion.
Refusal of Entry or Dishonouring a Purchase: ACCESSVIP holds no responsibility for refusal of entry or a purchase being dishonoured after a purchase has been made due to anti-social behaviour, disorderly conduct and or a previous banned status. All businesses selling on the ACCESSVIP platform will exercise their own in-house policy. If the User purchases from the ACCESSVIP platform as a banned patron to the venue in which the User purchased from, , the User acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive a refund from ACCESSVIP or the business they purchased the product or service from.
